General Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and therefore, we offer a flexible cancellation policy. However, please note that cancellations made within a certain timeframe may incur fees.

Cancellation Fees:

• 24 Hours or More Notice: No cancellation fee.
• Less than 24 Hours Notice: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• No-Show: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances:

• Force Majeure Events: In cases of force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or health emergencies, we may waive cancellation fees.
• Medical Emergencies: If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, please provide relevant documentation to be considered for a full refund or waiver of cancellation fees.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
