Cancellation Policy
At Arabian Desert Experience, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be as flexible as possible while also managing the operational costs associated with our tours. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:
General Cancellation Policy
For most of our tours, cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time will receive a full refund. This allows us to rebook your space and ensures that our guides and resources are utilized effectively.
Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours
Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable. This is due to the costs incurred in preparing for the tour, including staff scheduling, vehicle preparation, and catering arrangements.
No-Shows
Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour without prior notification will be considered a “no-show” and will forfeit the full tour price.
Specific Tour Variations
While the 24-hour policy is standard for most tours, there may be some exceptions. Certain tours, particularly those involving special events, custom itineraries, or accommodations, may have different cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions outlined in your tour confirmation for any variations. If you are unsure, please contact us for clarification.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us via +971 50 275 4456 or booking@arabiandesertexperience.com. Please provide your booking confirmation number and the name of the tour you wish to cancel. Verbal cancellations are not considered valid.
Refund Process
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used for the booking. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure event (such as a natural disaster, extreme weather conditions, or political instability) that prevents the tour from operating, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour for a later date.
